How CadenceGrid handles personal information, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.

Who we are
CadenceGrid Pty Ltd ("CadenceGrid", "we", "us") is a technology company headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Our website at https://cadencegrid.io is the primary public channel for information about our product and services.
What we collect
When you send us a message via the contact form, we collect your name, email, company (optional), investor-type selection, and message content. We may also receive standard server log data (IP address, user agent, referrer) for every page view. We do not set marketing cookies by default.
How we use it
We use contact form submissions to respond to your enquiry, and, if you flag yourself as a design-partner candidate, to assess whether our Product v1 fits your workflow. We use server logs for basic operational analytics and security monitoring.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with our hosting and email providers strictly to operate the site. Where possible we choose suppliers with Australian or equivalent privacy regimes.
How long we retain it
Contact submissions are retained for as long as the business relationship is reasonably active, plus seven years for tax and regulatory record-keeping. You can ask for your data to be deleted earlier, see contact below.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to access and correct the personal information we hold about you, and to complain if you believe we've mishandled it. Email ash@felixfusion.ai with any request; we will respond inside a reasonable time.
International transfers
We may transfer data outside Australia for standard operational reasons (hosting, email). Where we do, we take reasonable steps to ensure that transfers are consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as we ship new product capabilities. We'll update the effective date below when we do. Material changes will be flagged in our insights feed.
